Update: Stats, plans, etc.

Well, its been about a week (give or take) since we puked this page out on the ole dubya-dubya-dubya dot internet thing, and so far it hasn't gone too horribly wrong. Added a hit counter last week just to see if anybody bothered coming here - in the last nine days, we have had a little more than 18,000 page loads. Not too shabby. We have been consistently over 1,000 per day, with the current record being 4,532 in one 24-hour period. Thanks to everyone who has helped pimp out, er, I mean spread the word about the new site! Keep up the good work. (Incidentally, I do not condone nor endorse the completion of lowbrow.org assignment #1, although mad props go out to two of our members for taking it upon themselves to get the word out!)

And all of this really didn't affect our server, our power bill, or the cost of our new silk underwear. I'm just wondering why the "other site" can't pull it off. *shrugs*

Got a few things on tap here, but we are thinking of getting some merchandise set up. In the true tradition of the lowbrow lifestyle, it will be fairly simple. We'll keep ya updated on that...I don't think we can outperform Tommy Pullmyfinger, but we can try. ;)

I have some more code to write for this j-o-b thing that I have...for some reason, they are talking about seeing "deliverables" or at the very least, some PROGRESS, so I better go make something up...as Steve always says, "Like a fat girl in dodgeball, I'm out!"
